1. Climate

Although Baguio city has become warmer these days, the climate is still cool than any other places in the country. Be prepared to bring with you jackets or sweaters if you plan to visit on the coldest months of the year. This usually starts from December to February. Summer that starts in the month of April is also the right time to visit Baguio to escape the summer

heat.

2. Horse riding

If you have not tried horse riding in your life, Baguio city is the place to start such sport. Pacdal horse riding is where you can find horses and ponies of your choice. With an ample amount of 200 pesos, you can ride the horse in an hour going around the circle. If not, you can explore the nearby vicinity with the horse caretaker and enjoy the aroma of the pine trees. However, if you are not into horse riding, you may take photos seated on the horse as a remembrance.

3. Flower festival

Flower festival otherwise known as

the Panagbenga is an activity that should not be missed. It is in this occasion that you may witness lovely flower arrangements and exotic flowers. Different kinds of flowers are on display along session road with other ornamental and medicinal plants. The highlight of this flower festival though is the float parade where different kinds of flower arrangements are displayed.

4. Boat riding

Although, boat riding seems ordinary to most tourists whether local or international, it is a form of relaxation. You may feel younger again if you go with other tourist circling the Burnham Lake. For one small boat at 100 pesos, you have something to remember Baguio city.

5. Culture

With its strategic location in the Northern part of the Philippines, Baguio city is a mixture of highland and lowland culture. You may see Igorot people with their native attires and Ibalois, kankanaeys, and lowlanders with their cultural costumes as well.
